Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice prior to any cancellations. we are a small business and This allows us enough notice to offer that appointment time to other customers, otherwise we’re all out of luck! Thanks for understanding.
Refund Policy
We strive to help provide the best possible products and recommendations and are happy to help ensure you are happy with your purchase.
As a small business with limited capacity, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on retail purchases retail and packages. Single services may be cancelled for a refund if they are done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If you need to reschedule after this window we may be able to accomodate on a case by case basis. The rescheduled appointment will need to be utilized within 30 days of the original appointment. When an appointment is scheduled we have planned resources according to our booked appointments. As a smalll business with limited capacity, we appreciate for understanding.
Sick Policy
Due to the close nature of our services, we ask that if you are running a high-grade fever or feel especially unwell prior to your appointment to please give us a call and work with our front desk to reschedule. Our nurses and associates are like our family, and we want to always ensure their wellbeing, as well as yours!
