GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • We are located in the heart of Charlottesville, Virginia in the Tenth Street Warehouses. We are a 10 minute walk from The Corner at the University of Virginia, and we are lucky to be neighbors with other wonderful places such as The Quirk Hotel and Mudhouse Coffee Roasters. So whether you’re a local or staying for the weekend, we’re in close proximity to an abundance of places.

  • We work through a simple booking system where you get to select your date, time, and service according to your terms. You will receive a confirmation email and reminder emails leading up to your appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour heads up if you’re going to need to reschedule or cancel.

    We send continuous follow-up emails and texts when you book through our system, so you’ve always got a reminder!

  • We are proud to be a part of a wellness collective that is medically backed with our own education deeply rooted in products and services that better the body, healthfully. We take each product and service seriously to deliver the best experience so you can feel, well… well.

  • Yes, we do! You can find more information on our Memberships page - such as pricing, options, and all the perks that come with each.

  • We have designated parking spots right outside of our store - no more than 10 steps away from our entrance. Even more convenience when it comes to making wellness easy and accessible!

  • Check out our Bridal Glow Package we offer on our booking page.

    We have been helping brides get well and ready for their big day since 2020! That being said, we have an amazing selection of programs and regimens to get you looking and feeling your best.

    We recommend at least 2x / week Infrared Sauna sessions for added glow.

    Cryofacials for a little oomph and to ease inflammation before your events.

    We also offer Concierge Services for your bachelorette / day-of / morning after activities. The perfect complement for a memorable week.

    We also work closely with local aestheticians, dietitians, and personal exercise trainers so would be happy to offer recommendations for those routes as well. Just shoot us an email, and we’d be happy to connect.

 

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

  • At this time, we do not offer payment plans. We are continuing to source the best route to make this feasible, so keep checking in by following us here with updates.

  • There is a tip option where you can add gratuity to your service when you check out for booking online. This makes it seamless for checking out when you are in the store, but we always welcome a in-person tip at our front desk if our team has done an exceptional job!

  • if you are cancelling at least 24 hours in advance of an appointment, you can cancel on the link provided in your confirmation and follow-up emails.

    Once issued and approved, the refund should take 7 - 10 business days to show up on your card.

  • You are able to save a card on file when you book appointments and create an account through our online book system. You are also required to keep a card on file when you become a member through our membership program.
